Problems with downloading Presenter

I cannot download my trial of Adobe Presenter, this error has occured mulitple times.

I have tried to delete all file and start over with no success.

Doesn't work for 8.1  because you need to use the internet to sign in to Adobe BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN INSTALL THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!

Presenter does work on 8.1. I have been using it without issue since Windows 8.1 was released.
