Problems with html5 and IE

If I use a HotSpot quiz, and publish to HTML5, the hotspot isn't recording correct in IE versions 9-11. It does work in Google Chrome, or if I publish to SWF.

Also my playbar doesn't scale with the rest of the project in IE9.

Is IE just generally an issue with HTML5 from Captivate? IE9 only gets 128/555 on html5test.com
