Problems with my Captivate 2017 order

Hi,

In fact, I have two questions

First: Why did not the download link of the program you purchased fully (Adobe Captivate 2017) be added to my account (Products and Plans section) even though I bought it three days ago?

Second, a support staff member sent me a mail message containing a download link but did not receive the serial number of the program?

Please help before you have extended the duration of the problem

without finding a solution.

I will try to find a staff member to help you. This is a user forum. If you bought a subscription license, not a perpetual license, you do not need a serial number. Install the trial version of Captivate and when you log in with the Adobe ID linked to your license, it will be recognized and your license will be activated.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Ned, Captivate is not a Creative Cloud application.
