Problems with my Captivate 2017 order
Hi,
In fact, I have two questions
First: Why did not the download link of the program you purchased fully (Adobe Captivate 2017) be added to my account (Products and Plans section) even though I bought it three days ago?
Second, a support staff member sent me a mail message containing a download link but did not receive the serial number of the program?
Please help before you have extended the duration of the problem
without finding a solution.
