Problems with skin coming through Aggregator?

Hi all

We have made and put into Captivate a custom made skin. It appears to be working fine within Captivate and through the .pdf and .swf files it produces once we publish the file from Captivate. However, when we put the .swf file into Aggregator, only part of the skin comes through

Pic 1 shows the published .swf file working in a web browser with the grey skin and white text coming through and looking fine.

Pic 2 shows the same .swf file in Aggregator with the top grey area and text missing, also both the sides of the skin missing. Only the bottom part comes through. It also looks this way once it has been published from Aggregator.

Any ideas what is happening?

Cheers

    Hi,

Can you try with any default skin and create a sample project and then add them in the aggregator.

Do not use the skin that you created and choose skin that are provided within the captivate

    thanks

    Hi

To clear up any confusion, it is not so much the skin (player buttons and progress bar) that we are having problems with it is just the borders.

In captivate they are set to 80pixels all the way around - but aggregator removes top and sides for some reason.

I have just tried it with one of the captivate default border textures.. and got the same result...See below

    Any other suggestion?

    Thanks in adavnce

Did you ever find a solution to this?  I'm having the exact same problem (Captivate 5).

    Thanks,
