Project created in Captivate 19 won't play in IE11

I created a project which includes an embedded video in Captivate 2019. It plays fine in Chrome, Firefox and Edge but will not play in IE 11.  Anybody have same issue or answer to correct this situation?

Had Freezes etc. with HTML5-Export and IE11 in a project containing many videos. Also was fine with Firefox, Chrome and Edge.
After Changing every video to start not at the beginning of a screen, but 0,5 seconds (or more) later everything worked fine. Still do not know why ... but perhaps it's the same with your problem. Just try out ...

If the embedded video is not playing in IE11 it might be something related to the encoding of the video.  Have you tried re-encoding the same video in the Adobe Media Encoder tool that ships with Captivate?
