Project interactions lagging in LMS

Hi, I'm having a problem with the interactions in my project lagging when uploaded to my LMS. They need to correspond with moments in a accompanying video but don't therefore they appear out of sync. It works perfectly when I preview the project in browser.  Any help would be really appreciated!

    Is the video inserted as an Event Video or as a Multi-Slide Synchronised video?

    Is the video taking time to load due to its size and this means the video is playing AFTER the animated objects appear?

    It was inserted as an Event Video. I've tried it as a Multi-slide Synchronized video and get the same result.

    The video seems to load fine. It's the interactions that are playing after the video. They're delayed and therefore don't correspond with what's happening onscreen.

    Could you give more details about those 'interactions', what are they exactly? It is a word that is used for so many things... They could never be synchronized with event video, but it should be possible with synchronized video.
