Project Publish Settings - Quiz Completion Criteria Issues

Hi there

Having an issue within captivate, that I am unable to find a fix for.  And is causing majot issues for my app on a LMS

I have my quiz settings set to Incomplete----> Passed/Failed
With Slides Views set too 100% and Quiz is passed ticked on.And this is exactly how I want the app the function, and it works great.

However.  I seem to have an issue where captivate will just reset my Slides viewed to 0%, seemingly at random.  WHich will then have the Paa be classed as complete even if the user has only seen 1 slide.

SO I can test the app, and build it, and sometimes it is perfectly fine, and then sometimes it resets itself back to 0% and it breaks the app

Has anyone else had this issue, and is there any possible solutions
