Project review disappeared

I've been working on my first Captivate 12 project and when I accessed it this morning the review had disappeared.  It was actively being reviewed and I went in to address comments that I received on Friday.  When I click on the links to the comments (in notifications and via email) I get a Error 404: Asset not found error.

Obviously this is a big problem for getting this project finalized.
