Project size in different phone

Hello.

I am using Adobe Captivate 2017. I recently make a html5 project, and convert it to .apk, via phonegap. So i build the app for phone.

The project size i use is the galaxy s6's size, which is 360 x 540 pixel. (I already rescale my project to galaxy s6 size)

it worked well in preview.

But when i convert it into .apk, the resolution is just not fit in. The app looked smaller than the phone screen, so there is a blank area on the right, left, and bottom side of the app.

Can i make it to fit the phone screen, whatever the size of the phone screen is?
