Project will not play in UltiPro LMS (SCORM)

Question

Hi,

I have a project (created in Captivate 2017) that was published as a SCORM file and uploaded to our LMS (UltiPro/Schoox). This project used an interactive template from eLearning Brothers. The project plays in SCORMCloud just fine. When the SCORM file is added to the LMS the file will open and show a loading icon. After that nothing will happen.

We have published other SCORM files on the LMS without issue. The only difference is that this project used a template from the eLearning brothers website. Does anyone have any ideas as to

1) Why this is happening

2) How we can correct the issue

If your SCORM is HTML5, then the most likely reason why it is not working on your LMS is that the LMS webserver is not configured to allow the JSON file mimetype. (SCORM Cloud is able to do this.) You need to talk to whoever in the IT department manages the web server used by the LMS and get them to make this configuration change. This is only for HTML5 content, not SWF Flash, and it has only been necessary since late versions of Cp9 and Cp 2017.
