Project won't continue after video plays

Hello! I'm using a Macbook Air running Mojave and I have the Captivate 2019 release.

I'm creating a project "From Powerpoint". I uploaded a PowerPoint presentation and I inserted an mp4 video into one of the slides. The video plays after some narration and graphics, however, once the video finishes the project does not advance on to the next slides. I have the project set to advance automatically. Can anyone provide some insight as to why it won't automatically advance? Thank you!
