Pronunciation Symbol to add Go-Live to a TTS dictionary

Julie can't say the word "go-live" to save her life. It's always go-live as in "I live here. I live in a house." I need her to say live as in "This software has a go-live date of March 1st"

What would that look like in the pronunciation symbols for her dictionary?

I need something to help me get her to say the go-live properly.  Right now I have a mashup that is "go alive" and she sounds stupid. Am I missing another workaround to get Julie to say go-live correctly?
