proxy issues with Cap 9 Scorm packages

Question

Hello: I've been having issues with a site i'm running. It's a Moodle-based LMS with some SCORM packages generated with Cp8 and Cp9. The problem is, when users try to access them behind our corporate proxy (an Intel /Mcafee Webgateway ) , the grades (and for all intents every action) are not passed nor reported from the SCORM package to the LMS. Is there any special settings I should be changing in my scorm export configuration in cp8/9 to enable it?

I'm open to any suggestions

Not that I know of. If accessing courses in the Moodle site WITHOUT the corporate firewall involved works fine then your issue is that the firewall seems to be blocking the JavaSript SCORM calls. So my suggestion is that perhaps you should be talking to your corporate firewall people to get them to whitelist your Moodle site so that it doesn't get blocked.
