Publish as AS 2 or AS 3?

What are the benefits to publishing as AS 3 over AS 2?  For my purposes there are benefits to each, but i need a strong compelling reason to publish to AS 3.

    If you are importing external FLA files that were created with AS3, you will need to publish your CP file as AS3.

    If you have say a Flash based presenter window created with AS3, you will need to publish your CP file as AS3.

    If you don't plan on interacting your published SWF with anything that was built with AS3, you can use AS2 to publish. Typically when you bring in a SWF to Captivate that was created with AS3, you will be prompted letting you know you will need to publish with AS3, otherwise the imported file will not work.

    If you take your Captivate SWF published in AS2 and attempt to load it in an AS3 created file, it simply will not work.
