Publish as HTML5 in Captivate 9

Hello! I'm new to publishing as HTML5. I'm using Captivate 9. While testing a knowledge check, I noticed a few issues:

  • First is an issue with a matching question. In column 1, we had 8 options. When I click the drop down box by the last option, I can't see all of the options available to the end user and there aren't scroll bars to scroll down to see the options.
  • The resolution is larger in HTML5 compared to swf - thus making everything not as crisp.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks!

Are you using the most recent version which is 9.0.2.437?

8 options is a lot for Matching questions. You can increase the height of the Answer area (in the Matching master slide or on the slide itself). Or you can decrease the font size for the answers in the Quiz Answer object style. It depends on the theme what is used as style.

Resolution is exactly the same for SWF as for HTML output. You probably mean something else?
