publish Captivate 5.5 projects for use in LMS

I have a large body of training sessions and separate interactive assessments which I publish as SWF and customers download from our web site. Many customers are asking if we can publish them in a way so that they can use them in their LMS. I have tried using the settings I can find to publish as Scorm however they (the customers) are saying that it is not working for them. Does anyone have any advice or instructions . I am not very tec savvy. Am using Captivate 5.5

    If you publish to SCORM you have to know which version of SCORM they are using, and set up Reporting that way. The published file will be a zipped folder that has all the necessary files and you'll have to give them that zipped folder.
