"Publish" creates 0MB file

Hello everyone, I'm trying to publish Demo Video, but everytime I do it - it just creates 0MB file. It doesn't give any error or anything.

I used to create such videos in the past and I never had any issue and I didn't include anything new just couple of text boxes.

I'm using Captivate 9. Any clues?

I still can't explain what happened - but I decided to re-record the whole video and then I didn't get this issue anymore.

Can you check the exact version number (Help, About Captivate)? If it is not 9.0.2.437, please install the update.
