Publish error html5

Hi i am using adobe captivate 8 and keep getting an error when i go to publish, about the folder not able to delete. I don't understand it and have never seen it before. I closed all open folders and changed the publish location and the file name but with no luck at all. Any idea?? I am using a template that I updated last week vutbonly changed the copyright. I doubtvthid is the readonbbut any idea at all?

I cannot share the file as it contains very sensitive info.
