Publish failed error in Captivate 9

I have been using Captivate 8 & 9 on my system for over a year. I updated Captivate 9 but had not yet installed update 2. All of a sudden I was getting Publish failed when I try & preview in HTML5 or publish anything. I have deleted cache, deleted preferences, replaced the CivetWeb.exe file, do not have hardware accelleration on, and tried this on many different projects that had no issues all last week on Windows 10.

Can you give me some suggestions as to what to do? A reinstall did nothing either. Any help would be great since I cannot use Captivate 9 if I cannot preview unless I create an SWF.

Are you running as administrator?

Is the folder you're attempting to publish to somewhere you can save files from other applications?
