Publish issue on Captivate 2019

Hello, 

I have an issue while publising HTML. 

Captivate freezes when 'Enable reporting for this project' is checked.

When it's unchecked, it is published but the zip file doesn't have all contents that are supposed to be in the folder. Does anyone have a similar issue?
