Publish Project as Video and Audio Won't Work

I recently tried to publish my project as a video but when I do the audio won't play. It will play for about 10 seconds on the first slide then go off. Here are some details about my project:

• I'm using Captivate 9
• My project consists of demonstrations, captions, highlight boxes and introduction slides
• My demonstrations have narration which I recorded in Captivate

I was on the phone with Adobe support for 6 hours and they finally told me to export my audio out of Captivate and then to import it back in the project. That still didn't work.

I'm starting to think maybe you can't have narration with demonstrations and publish as a video? It works fine when I preview the project.
