Publish to Adobe Connect issues

I'm not sure if this should be under Captivate or Connect forum,

But we're running into a weird issue when trying to export from Captivate to Connect.

Every time we try to export, we'll fill in all the correct information, log into connect, and the Home page of connect just says Require FlashPlayer. Nothing else in the popup is click able.

I saw someone else was having similar issues, but the issues didn't have a resolve solution.

I've tried allowing flash on the site, changing the default browser, but at this point I'm clueless to why I'm not able to publish directly to Connect from Captivate 2017, even tried 2009 to see if it was version issue.

Has anyone had a similar issue and found a way to fix this?

Flash Player is by default disabled in Chrome, you have to enable it manually. Are you sure about that? The default paths for Publish on your system are added automatically to Flash trusted locations. For non-responsive projects, Flash player is still required because most Preview methods create a temporary SWF.

Try adding C:\ under Adobe Flash trusted location settings under advance tab.

 

You can goto flash settings from Control panel.
