Publish to Computer

I just recently purchased the Adobe Captivate 8 Student and Teachers Edition. Is the Publish to computer option not compatible with this edition? I created a project and want others to view the product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a responsive project? Publish to Computer is only available for normal projects. For Responsive project you always use 'Publish to Devices', since it is meant to be used on different devices. You can also only publish to HTML5.
