Publish to Devices - error

Hi after publishing to devices using zip file option. Each time I launch the index_scorm file I receive an error message that states

'Message from webpage....An error has occurred: Error - unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support.

Press 'OK' to view debug information to send to technical support.'

When I click OK the pop up window disappears and then another blank pop-up window from the file location appears. Not sure why these two windows are popping up is there something that I need to check off in the back-end of the settings?

    Did you upload to a LMS or SCORM cloud when testing? A sco obnect will not

    run locally.

    Thanks Lilybiri for your response.

    I haven't loaded it to the LMS as yet, so I have published and saved it locally for know. I will load to the LMS later today and test it then. I will keep you posted as to the outcome.
