Publish to video?

Is it possible to publish a Presenter project to video? I know I can publish an Express video to video, but the only options within Presenter 11 (within PowerPoint) are to publish to SWF or HTML5. Am I missing something?

I want to take a PowerPoint presentation, add voice over to the slides, add software presentation video slides, and publish as an mp4.
