Hello ,

I am trying to publish a project simulation I recorded in Captivate , however each time I try to do it as a Video it goes through the process , then usually at the 50% mark in the conversion it return error.  I actually tried again this morning, it got to 93% but failed again.

The screen shot below , shows my setting before I hit publish:

If you want only a video, not an interactive training simulation, why not use Video Demo? Better quality.

Will a video demo provide me with the click steps and the narrations that the simulation  provides?

Yes for the narration, No for the click steps. But you'll lose all interactivity like what you call 'click steps' anyway when publishing to mp4. A video is by definition passive, never active.
