published a captivate 6 file to MP4 and lost audio

the audio plays for the entire project during preview. It took a really long time to publish to MP4. When it finished, there was video but no audio at all.

    Check your Preference setting to see if the Project > Publish setting for Include Audio is turned off.

    Thanks, I checked that before and it is on. Is there a size limit to when Captivate stops functioning properly? This class is a beast. and the more I manipulate it the bigger it gets.
