Published as Video in Captivate 8

I'm having issues while publishing my project as video.  I have an introductory video clip and there's a 4 second delay before it starts playing, and when it does, it starts mid-sentence.  Publishing to HTML5 or SWF it all plays fine.  Attached are the Publish To My Computer settings.

Thanks

    Erik,

Apparently Captivate does not like having a video with .1 second timeline delay to publish as video.  If I set it to 0, it works fine.  Thanks for your suggestions.

Is there any way we can see the issue?

A website you can post the video to?

A private YouTube or Vimeo channel perhaps?

Can you try playback on a different computer? h.264/mp4s are fairly compressed and can take a bit of processing to start playing, so playback issues could just be due to the computer. If that's not it, or unlikely, try putting in a 'title' slide as slide #1...maybe 5 seconds long that just shows the title...and give the piece time to render...
