Published buttons do not work

Hello All,

I would appreciate any ideas to fix this problem.

I created image buttons in Captivate 9 and I can only get them to work in the preview mode.  When I publish my project to the computer or internet they stop working (no longer function).  I don't know if this is related to the cache of no longer existing file name buttons in my image button options (or the player that I can see above my project in peview mode only).
