Published Captivate project loops on the loading screen

I have published a captivate project and uploaded it to our Moodle site, i have  created a course with the project attached as an e-learning activity.

The Captivate file opens perfectly the first time i launch it, but once i interact and then exit and try to launch the course again it loops at the loading screen.

Has anyone solve this issue. We have updated our Captivate with the latest patches that it says solve this issue but it is stiil happening.
