Hi, my edited Classic published course suspends during the quiz and the screen goes white. I can still hear the audio playing but can't progress from that point. Contains a lot of advanced actions created by someone else. Any advice?
Please, can you tell the exact version number you are using? Is it indeed 11.8.2 which is normally the only version to which the name 'Classic Captivate' applies. That version is buggy but it is indee also possible that a big amount of advanced actions and variables leads to Captivate choking and the project getting corrupt. You didn' create those actions, but in most cases replacing them by shared actions - which is often possible - will solve the choking. Or you have to search for the slide(s) which is corrupt and replace that slide or those slides.
