Published File Not Playing

I'm using Captivate 9 and have published a file with both SWF and HTML5 selected as the outputs. After I publish, when I open either the index.html or multiscreen.html file, all I see is an image that looks like the file is trying to load, but it seemingly never does (it's a continual loop). I've tried using IE, Chrome, and Firefox and each of them have the same issue. If it doesn't work now it won't work when I try to load it on to the server. Any help or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Scott

Hi Scott,

Can you try preview in SCORM Cloud?

Do you also see the issue in local captivate preview ? Are you seeing any browser console error when you do this?

Thanks

"If it doesn't work now it won't work when I try to load it on to the server."

That's NOT necessarily true, especially when working with HTML5 and the tight browser security restrictions it sometimes has.  With SWF you could be finding your content won't play because Flash Global Security is blocking things.

Upload your content to a web server and see what happens.  If your content is set to report to an LMS, upload to an LMS. (The spinning icon you see could be the one that shows the content is looking for an LMS to talk to.)
