Published project and video only buffers

I published a project that includes multiple video demo slides.  When I publish and zip the file and attempt to watch the swf file the videos buffer, never play and then skip to the next slide.  The MP4 files in the zip file can be played independently.  I am a major novice and this is for a school project so I apologize if this is an easy fix.  In captivate everything previews just fine, they videos just can't be played as part of the published project. 

I'm using Captivate 9.

    Hi there

    If you have zipped things up, you hopefully know that you will need to unzip it all to a folder before much of it will work. The video files are separate from the file you launch. So if you are just looking at the zip and perhaps double-clicking the SWF to play it, the MP4 files cannot be found.

    I can't reply to Rick for some reason, but you were right.  Total novice here and once I unzipped the files it worked perfect.
