Published projects stop with Captivate 6

Hi!

I just updates my captivate 5.5 to 6. I now got big problems with my published projects: They stop. The problem is aleatory: never stops at the same place, but it stops many times in a project. Really, I'm lost. I never had that problem before with my 5.5. HELP!

    Laurie-Anne,

    You will need to provide more information than this if anyone is going to be able to help you.

    You upgraded to Captivate 6, but did you also install the latest patches for Cp6?  (If you DO install the patches, be sure to delete the Cp6 Preferences folder during the process of updating to the latest version.  Other threads on this forum explain how to find and replace Preference folders.)

    You say that your projects "stop" many times.  Do you mean that they pause for no apparent reason and then start again by themselves? Or do you mean they stop altogether and the only way to get the playback to continue is to click something?

    Does this happen when publishing locally on your own hard drive, or does it happen when your project is being served from an LMS?
