Published video improperly scales to browser window

I have been publishing final Captivate videos to an HTML format and have been sure to check the "Scalable html content" option in the publishing window. Still, the final product is consistently turning out larger than my browser window and requires me to scroll down/right to see the progress bar, FF/Rewind buttons, etc. 

I've attached a screenshot of the left side of  one such video. I had to avoid capturing sensitive information, but you can see that my toolbar at the bottom is cut off because I've only scrolled halfway down. You can also see that I have a horizontal scroll bar.

I have not tested these on the final LMS that they will be hosted on (I do not have access,) but I wanted to raise this question to anyone able to help to try and solve that issue before it becomes one. Is there a separate setting I should be monitoring to ensure that these videos scale accurately?
