Publishing a Video - Half Blank Screen

For a particular training I'm putting together, the output needs to be in a video file. When I publish to Video through Captivate 8, I'm getting the video/background track, narration across however there is 1 flaw.... the right 40% of the video is a white block that appears throughout the whole presentation with the exception of video files that I have added throughout the presentation.

    So you're outputting/publishing as MP4?

    Check the Project size, is it correct - to fit all the contents on your stage?

    How are you playing back the content?

    So you get whitespace for some parts of the presentation but see the video parts?

    That's weird...
