Publishing as an EXE - Fullscreen not working properly

I have just finished using Captivate 5 to make a looping presentation for a tradeshow. I am going to give it to the client as an EXE so they can run it off a lap top that will be connected to a large flat screen monitor at a tradeshow booth. In the publish dialog I selected the full screen option and found that it runs ok but the stage isn't scaling up to full screen. The window is scaling up but not the actual presentation area. Any ideas?
