publishing as PDF

Now that I have version 6, the PDF is not publishing correctly. Or I should say that it publishes alright, except for the inserted Flash video file. The video file does not publish to PDF correctly and does not play in Acrobat. I had no problem publishing as PDF from captivate 5, with the exact same inserted video file.

I also noticed that I can't just publish as PDF. I have to publish as both SWF and PDF, and can't remove the checkmark from SWF.

If anyone has suggestions how to fix these problems, I'd very much appreciate it.

    Jay, cannot answer about the video, should try it out: how did you insert the video?

    But about publishing: you always had to publish to SWF, because the pdf is really with an embedded SWF. The Flash Player is built in Adobe Reader since version 9. Try it out: was the same in previous versions.

    Thanks for your reply. I still haven't resolved why the video won't play in the PDF. I'm using Acrobat X and Captivate 6. The only thing I can think of is that the Captivate project was originally done in Captivate 5.5 and then opened in Captivate 6. I have had many problems/bugs updating Captivate 5.5 projects to Captivate 6, and this may be yet another one.
