Publishing content problem

Hi All, I have an issue with a course that we have created, we only require a test section which we have created, this is 9 questions with a welcome slide and an exit slide. Only 11 slides in total (3000kb) however when we publish this there is no compressed Scorm file created and the file itself that is published is empty. We have double checked all the settings, enabled reporting is on, the file name is short but no success is publishing.

This is captivate 13 we was wondering if there is a size limit now?

Any help or pointers would be very welcome.
