Publishing CORM - LMS module doesn't load

You cannot use output which has been published both to SWF and HTML5. Since you have multiscreen.html it means that you did such a publishing, but the Flash player needed to use SWF output (which would be tried when using a desktop/laptop) is impossible now since all browsers banned that player a couple of years ago.

You need to republish to HTML5 only, but in order to have a SCORM compliant output you also need to set up Reporting under Quiz Preferences. When that has been done, the published output will be a SCO, a zipped folder which includes the index_scorm.html.
