publishing inconsistancy with quizzes in Captivate 5.5

I have about 20 individual quizes that i am putting together for a client. And i have run into a strange issue. I am sure its just a matter of an obscure setting somewhere, but not being able to resolve it is getting to me.

- As near as i can tell the publish settings are the same for each quiz.

- Each quiz uses a single, unique question pool.

The first 15 quizes all published fine, with 0 issues, and produced a single swf file (internal pool). The last 5 however, are all trying to create an external swf question pool file.

Under the circumstances for this project an internal pool is prefered for all quizes. I have checked the documentation to find a way to set this with no luck.

Any suggestions or information are appreciated.
