Publishing Issue

When I publish a course for HTML5, Captivate goes through the normal publish steps and says it completed. When I upload the .zip to Captivate Prime, everything shows that it is working but when I launch the course it just shows a white screen with a gray spinning wheel.

I also tested this on Scorm Cloud and I get the same behavior even. Any thoughts on the issue? The course has one intro slide with a voice over and then 5 question slides.

Is it a SCORM project, since you tried on SCORM Cloud?

I cannot help with Prime, sorry.

I have it set to report scores with SCORM but i have also created a file that doesn't report the quiz and the same behavior happens.
