Publishing issue with presenter 11 and power point 2013

I've created a presentation using Power point 2013 with
Adobe Presentation 11. This presentation has some video clips in Swf file.
But I cannot publish this presentation. I try to publish and select to save in
c:\User\USER\Documents\My Adobe Presentation but it shows "Adobe
Presenter is unable to publish this presentation. Please check that there
is enough disk space and you have appropriate permission for the destination
folder.” What should Ido?

Try running Power Point as an Administrator. You can right click on the PPT icon and there should be option for that.

I've tried that, running power point as administrator, but it still does not work.
