Publishing issues with Captivate 7

Hello... I'm new to Captivate 7 and I'm trying to publish my first course.  Neither the .swf or the .pdf versions will show everything that should be shown in the course.  The following things are missing from the published version:

The Notes icon

An embedded youtube video

An embedded url link

Any ideas how I can get these items to appear in the published version?  Thanks!

Hello Ngray,

Welcome to Adobe Forums!

Please check by playing the .htm file which gets published along with the swf.

Can you please elaborate that how have you embedded the youtube video and url link?

Can you attach a screenshot of your timeline?

Please add your published location in the trusted location of flash

Thanks and Regards

Thanks for your response.  I'm not able to play the .htm file.  Is there a trick to making that work?  I just get a blank webpage when I try to play it. I'm attaching the screenshots for the timeline for the youtube and url links.

If publishing as HTML5, do so by uploading published content to a web server first.

If publishing to HTM/SWF then make sure Flash Global Security is configured to trust the publish folder location:
