Publishing issues with Presenter 11 and PPT 2013

Question

I created a course in PPT 2013 and published it using Presenter 11 as both a SWF and HTML5. When I try to view the course in a browser I get a blank white page. We loaded the zip file into our LMS and got the same result. The quiz is published as SCORM 1.2. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a setting maybe I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.
