Publishing objects made in Captivate 8 to internal server - just not happening!

I upgraded to Captivate 8 a few days ago.  I am trying to publish elearning resources to my local server, using the methods I always have done for Captivate 6 and 7...but it's just not happening!  I input the server URL in the Quiz Properties box as always, but the Publish options in Captivate 8 do not allow me to select the server's URL nor add a Port number the way 6 and 7 did.  So I press 'Publish' anyway (am publishing as .SWF file) and get a 'successful' message when it has been published...I then type the URL I assume has been generated into my browser as usual...and get this:

Am I missing something really obvious here?  All the advice on this subject that I can find online seems to relate to Captivate 5, 6 and 7 only - and I have no issues with them!
