Publishing Options for Captivate 8?

I'm so busy getting this project done that I didn't have time to review the Publishing options.

Can anyone give me a quick review on the options I have pointed to in the two screen shots?

I appreciate your help.

I am using Adobe Captivate 8.

One more question. If I publish it without the options and publish it again with the options will it overwrite the previous published files and include the selected options?
