Question

Publishing settings

These are the settings I have when publishing:
Status Representation: Incomplete/Complete

Status/Completion Criteria: Slide views and/or quiz > Slide views > 100%
Data To Report: Quiz Score > Percentage
Interaction Data: checked

Normally, it works without a hitch but sometimes it does not get tracked. Can I ask for tips when troubleshooting tracking?

Thanks!

If your project contains a quiz, use Pass/Fail instead of Complete/Incomplete.

If there's any chance your learner might not visit every single slide in the project, don't use Slide Views set to 100%.

If you're not reporting on individual interactions (quiz slides) to check the user's answers, turn off Interaction Data.

    Yep, I observe those too.

But there are times when the course is still marked as incomplete. Is there another reason why?

Your learners could be doing something during the session that is breaking the connection with the SCORM API and from that point on no scoring will be transferred.

Do you have any links to other external web pages or PDFs that they may be clicking?  Is it possible the learner might be allowing the course to time out or something?
