My Instructional Designer just received the patch update, and now does not have the menu option to publish to a computer- the program defaults to publish to apps. How do we publish to a computer with this update?

A responsive project never has Publixh to Computer, only Publish to Devices and Publixh (apps). Are you sure it is not a responsive project you are talking about?
