Publishing to Word- slides formatted strangely in document

Hi all,

I am using Captivate 7 to capture screenshots of an App on an iPad (i use the print screen in recording). I've formatted the project as iPad portrait.

When I publish to print- handouts, word opens just fine, however, the proportions of the slide in the word document is all wrong. Any ideas of how to avoid this? I am able edit the proportions the picture in the Word document itself, but I'm trying to avoid this extra step of work. Any ideas?
